Cabin Control
The Lantic cabin control system is able to switch or dim the lights in a cabin. It is also possible to control curtains and blinds with the system. The air conditioning system can also be connected to the cabin control system. This can be done either by connecting the fan(s) and valve(s) to the cabin control unit(s) or by an interface to f.e. a ‘Heinen and Hopman’ or Webasto HVAC system. The lights, curtains, blinds and air conditioning can be controlled from a “in wall” touch panel TP1 or with the remote controls via an Entertainment Centre and monitor.
Cabin Control Unit
The cabin control unit YCS-230 has three built-in dimmers for 230VAC halogen/incandescent lights. It is also equipped with two built-in relays to be able to switch two individual light groups. The cabin control unit is connected to the Entertainment Centre in the cabin via a Lantic link. This enables the user to con
trol it via the remote control and entertainment cabin menu. Multiple cabin control units can be connected to the Lantic link to increase the amount of dimmers and relays. On this link there are also TP1 touch panels and Lantic curtain relays connected. The cabin control units support a maximum of five push buttons. With these push buttons it is possible to dim and switch lights or to select scenes.
The following option modules can be installed in the cabin control units:
An additional push button can be connected when the temperature sensor connection is not used. Meaning that in this case six push buttons in total can be used.
Maximum one option module per cabin control unit.
Control of curtains and blinds are not possible with these push buttons.
Curtain Relay
With each curtain relay it is possible to control two individually controlled curtain- or blind groups up and down. The curtain relays need to be connected to the Lantic link.
Quad Relay
With a quad relay it is possible to control for example a sky roof or a monitor lift. The quad relays need to be connected to the Lantic link.
Dali Link
To the cabin control unit a Dali link can be connected. With this Dali link it is possible to control any third party dimmer which is equipped with a ‘Dali’ interface. With the Dali interface it is for example possible to control 24V LED drivers, RGB LED drivers etc.
Dali – Digital Addressable Lighting Interface.
